How old do you have to leave your home in Florida?
I have a 16, almost 17 ina few weeks. I want out of here. I heard that they can not leave until 18 years of age, unless your parents are agree that moving out earlier. What is the law?
The Kansas law is 18 years old. Check with your local county office. Being on your own is not a bed of roses, and is missing in the beginning of winter in Florida? Good luck kid, you're going to need. Juvy Hall is not what you might think it is going to be, maybe you should reconsider and sit with an officer Juvy Court and discuss these issues with your parents. Ask at the local courthouse, if you can talk to someone to help with problems at home with your parents.

When can I start homeschooling my child?
I did not send him to public school today. I just found out his teacher verbally and physically assaulted him a few weeks ago, my son is afraid to see! His teacher has a huge political network in the district showed no intention of rebuking and threatened me with a case ABSENTEEISM if I sent him back to school on Monday (today is Friday). I searched the nearby public and private schools, no one seems to be room for him in his current district or the next 2 districts. It seems like a nightmare. I started reading statistics on homeschooling academic vs. statewide homeschooling seems a good option. How soon can I go through rings and begin? Kansas State. And I've heard of co-op education at home? Can I pay someone to teach him until he is able to legitimately Thanks school at home? ...
Go to the legal defense of education at home and check out your state laws. You may want to enroll in a year, so you not end with a case of truancy. In Florida, you may be legal to homeschool in less than an hour. Go to the website of the Kansas Department of Education. click on parents, then non-accredited private school / Homeschooling. Complete the form, make a copy before submitting (You must have a copy on file), press the submit button and they are legal. Kansas does not have required the subjects, although it looks much better if you make use of at least some books. You can check with an academy school home if you have problems. Charity Christian Academy in Kansas, not only helps homeschool parents who have chosen to enroll their children, but also homeschool helps parents get their children's school records.
