Who owns the covenants that were previously owned by Fleetwood Estates LTD?
I have a covenant on my garden that was owned by Fleetwood Estates LTD. This company does not exist anymore according to company house. We need to find out who now owns the covenant.

The company was dissolved in 2001
Last known address of registered office is given, by companies house, as:

TWICKENHAM

it is EXTREMELY likely that this is the address of the insolvency practitioner who dealt with the matter as the address is of a 9 storey multiple occupied business property
best i can do as regards Fleetwood, BUT, your local planning office may be able to tell you if the covenant dies with the company or is now out of date and no longer in effect. Personally i would try this first

Can i apply for a Texas Real Estate Salesperson license if i have a Class B Misdemeanor?
I was placed on deffered adjudication and the cause was dismissed upon completion of the probation and the whole case was dismissed….. Please advise
I believe it’s only a felony that would prevent you from obtaining a RE License in any state, not just Texas. If it was dismissed then you should be ok.

what does it take to be a great real estate agent?
I tried it when i was 23 with 2 babies going through a divorce…no matter how much i wanted it….it was tooooooooooo hard…i stil have the desire, the dream, my kids are older and I dont necessarily need the money…i just want to make sure that I have what it takes to be successful in this business….thanks ahead of time!!!
It takes a lot of drive and you have to be very friendly and personable. The business gets easier the longer you are in it but it can be very difficult (as with any commission business) at the beginning. Good Luck!
