What are the consequences?
My sister lives in Arizona who has five children and she was arrested, her children are now in a foster home, I live in california the Social Worker will allow children to live with me because she wants to keep them in Arizona, I spent inspecting the house and the children will live with me. The boys threatened to flee if they were fleeing the state outta my house I can get in trouble, I spent the background check, the worker is still very difficult for me because my sister likes. Caseworkers in California do not even want to deal with it because she is not trying to help children, I was told they do not want to its cause information that is personally screw my sister to try to help their children .. So if the kids ran to me since I can get to Cali az Trapping? The children are ages 14,13,11,10,7
If you are just sending children back to Arizona and you can be arrested for kidnapping. You need get a lawyer if you really want children. Or go up the chain and talk to the chief social workers.
