I Have to ask though: how many is a LOT of pets? You obviously realize that finding a rental at that price will be hard enough, but finding a rental that will accept ONE pet or a small pet, much less a LOT of pets may be like finding a needle in a haystack. Most landlords will charge you a deposit on those pets, and some even charge up to an extra $60 or more a month PER pet!! I know it sounds harsh, but if you have seen what animals can do to a property, you certainly can understand. Hope you find a place for you and your furry friends. :0)

If you were me, would you buy a house now? I'm a little confused at this point?
I'm looking to buy a $ 300,000 house in Chandler, Arizona, which definitely can afford. But my situation is I'm moving to California this summer with rent free in an apt. for a summer job. Now I understand the house market is going to shit and is still basically stuck now, but they will not for maybe a year or 2. Should I wait to buy this house after returning from California and 7 months? Basically, the main question, should I wait 7 months to buy my property? Or will remain beneficial to buy now?

The market is not going to change much in the next 7 months let alone the next 1 year. Values properties continue to decline and rates will not rise in the short term, while not as numerous executions and bankruptsy happening every day. The Fed will probably have to decrease rates of nearly 5% before the market is not any "leveling".
