Garage Apts Reviews
Garage Apts
Best/safest apts to live in N. Natomas, Sacramento?
I’m considering relocating to Sacramento and recently went apartment hunting in Natomas. I was advised to stick with N. Natomas as this area is the safest. What are the best apartment complexes that people would recommend living in? I visited The Lofts and Miramonte Trovas and both were impressive. However with some research online, I found that each had several negative reviews.
I’m a young professional in my early 20’s and am looking for a safe complex and overall good place to live. I’m looking for a 1bd no more than $1100/mo rent. Minimal children, quiet, small dog allowed and availability of garage parking are preferable.
I would consider apts in Elk Grove or Greenhaven/Pocket area as well, preferably with no section 8 housing in the complex.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
if you’re planning on North Natomas, I would say look at the apartments around Arena Boulevard as they are brand new and in the better part of Natomas. In the Elk Grove area, I would recommend the apartments on Elk Grove Boulevard near I-5 or ones at Laguna Boulevard and Big Horn. All these apartments are newer then the others in Elk Grove. Stay away from any of the Terrecina apartments are rent is based on income. I do believe all these apartments on listed on Rent.com. Good Luck and welcome to Sacramento!!!

What are fair housing laws in Yuma. Arizona?
If a person wants to buy a mobile home park in over 55 seniors, and the asking price is $ 12,000, and the buyer has a deposit and monthly payments of a reasonable amount of $ 500.00. Is this enough light to buy? Is it discrimination to deny sale there, because the amount is not paid in full in cash at the time? sum of $ 12,000?? What is the law?

Im moving from Ireland to study in Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur Uinversity. since im new to Malaysia ... How do I go about finding apartments? agencies are there? and how can I help being ripped off! I would like to get an apartment on my own pretty close to the university.
i) University Tower - 10 minute walk from the campus, should be able to rent a room here. ii) hostel mahsa - 5-10 minute walk from campus which belongs to a college of nursing mahsa but rooms (single rooms with A / C) are open to graduate students. iii) Pantai HillPark - 10 minutes drive on campus, popular among students especially in Phase 2.
