oil production in the panhandle of texas?

I have 980 acres in the north western part of the panhandle of texas and am trying to figure out companies that might be interested in production on my land. If you know of any companies that could be interested please let me know thank you.
there is oil in our land and there is drilling all around us

Oil production is ruining our environment. Oh, you didn’t know that? I’m sorry to have to be the one to tell you but we are in a climate crisis caused by the burning of fossil fuels.
But you have the perfect opportunity to make a huge difference. 980 acres will hold a lot of parabolic solar collectors and you could produce enough power for the entire county and become a gazillionair and be really famous! Because it IS about the money & fame, right?
Research it, it is being done in other countries. Why not here? Make your choices wisely for they will come back to haunt you if you don’t. Good luck!

“there is oil in our land and there is drilling all around us” -It still doesn’t make it right.

What version of the Total War: Rome series is required to play the Middle Earth: Total War Mod?

I have seen many blogs/message boards detailing the different factions, campaigns etc., but I am interested in the version that is necessary to play this mod. Is it just the Total War: Rome version or is it the Total War: Rome plus one of the expansions (like Barbarian invasion or Alexander)?
Thank you Julian. I appreciate it. Now I just need to track down a copy of Alexander.
