The elodea leaf has cells on the edge which “stick out”, as you can see through this picture.

What are the differences between the Kingman Training Chaser and Eraser?
I know the Chaser is made of polymer and the Eraser is made of aluminum, and that the Eraser is slightly longer. But as far as I can tell from reading reviews, they are the same performance-wise. Can anyone confirm this for me?
You’ve got it. Material & looks are the only difference.
It’s Spyder’s whole thing – take the same gun & dress it up a dozen different ways.
For example, a Spyder Xtra is exactly the same performance-wise as a Sonix.

Tips on the best areas for potential housing growth?
Hi all, I was wondering if some people would mind supplying their views on areas for strong real estate growth potential. For example, the suburbs of Boston was 10-15 years ago. What are your views on areas in the country to be "absorbed" into the pricing structure for city of 10-15 years from now, but it is affordable now? I heard North Carolina and Virginia are the prime spots right now ... someone does he know what specific areas of this bill? Or anywhere else in the country? Love to hear your thoughts and ideas.
As the baby boomers age, watching as they begin to move. They are probably the largest age group living today. And look where they have already begun to move. More temperate climates like the Carolinas, Arizona, Florida, etc., still have affordable land, and the population relatively soon to be seniors grows, so will these areas. Las Vegas is a city that will probably continue to have significant growth during next 10-15 years. And there is only so much land (they do not it), so more and more to buy and develop land, the supply values go down and consequently increase.
