What is most desirable, 4 bedrooms 2 baths and 3 bedrooms 1 den, 2 bathrooms?
I I'm building a house in Arizona, I have a small list of things I want to do to the house is 1444 meters square house of 8500 square feet of land. One, on the future value resale of evidence, a 4th bedroom is more desirable than a cave? It is of KB Homes, so that the house is limiting. Of course, if you check in the home KB you can see the house yourself. More on the way I shoot down a bedroom wall and a retreat in the master bedroom? Thanks bud. Thanks for your feedback, High Five everywhere. I'll probably keep the bedroom 4, makes sense. Furthermore, the smallest house in nighborhood sounds good now, thanks.
Depending on your needs. Really not be regarded as an investment before its construction. A home is a first home. Do not forget what happened to the people who recently bought the largest part of the investments. The most important thing is location, and future demand growth. In most cases, the plant is more important than the number of beds. The best for resale value is to have the smallest house in the neighborhood. Another important issue for resale must have something unique to activate the sale. For example, a special on the 3 car garage just in the area, special garden, a wood stove / C.
all activities / ideas for teaching history, geography or girl to the nursery school at home?
She is very intelligent, and I'm very new at this. I thought I would add two hours a week of geography and history in the mix just for something different. Any ideas? Nothing serious because she's too young, but fun, as an activity that gets her thinking about our history, or how to use maps of strange things for a bit would be good. Similarly, sites that use homeschool would be nice. We fundemental Christians, the Bible and its use in our studies, but all activities will be nice. thanks!
I recommend having a look at the history K12 K. teaches the fundamentals of geography, and the first half is a journey through every continent. The second semester is a chronological study of U.S. Native Americans for Civil Rights movement. On the way there are tons of great activities: the construction of a sand dam (Netherlands), maps of the mass of salt, making a Taj Mahal of spices, making a pyramid of sugar cubes, and making a "passport" stamped received after learning, and cyber-visitors, countries. There are also music activities. It's just incredible course.
