I attended meetings of my local club real estate investment, but we're lucky if five people show up. I tried ads in the paper and on craigslist, all unanswered. I contacted "We buy houses" ads. I suspect that I have not had luck with this method because they consider me as their competition. I stay away from bandit signs because of the strict application of the code in my area. I phoned to professional contractors in my area, but none has answered my calls. What am I doing wrong or what can I try?
