my mom and dad are divorced i live with my mom in Colorado and my dad lives four hours away in New Mexico. would it be possible for me to get my license in New Mexico and drive legally in Colorado. I turned 16 a few weeks ago.

I have a 4 year old Paint horse named Cubbie. He was trained by a college but now I am giving him his show experience. I have never really had a horse that can bend.
