I like the idea of a slower pace and share ideas with other students ...
It is a way for people to make money and easy for people to take. They get the online course approved by the state and offer the public. There are always classroom available and I am sure you will get a whole lot more of a classroom. Then contact the local association of realtors and know when classroom is next.
